Problem
Most marketing sites lose the majority of visitors without ever knowing who they were or which touchpoints actually drove revenue. Click Track Marketing needed a product, not a patchwork of tools, that could identify ghost traffic, follow up on intent, and connect engagement to real outcomes.
Approach
We built around a product-led funnel: a free traffic audit powered by Firecrawl and DataForSEO to surface missed revenue and drive conversions, IntentWave for visitor identification, GoHighLevel for contacts and outreach, and a custom attribution engine that matches visitors to revenue using engagement signals across email, SMS, and calls.
Solution
End-to-end delivery on Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase: multi-tenant data model with RLS, cron jobs and webhooks for pipeline automation, ROI dashboards for real-time reporting, and an integration layer tying crawling, SEO data, CRM, and visitor ID into one coherent system.
Outcome
An MVP in active testing that gives the agency infrastructure to tie marketing activity to leads and revenue, not vanity metrics, with the foundation to scale attribution, reporting, and client-facing dashboards as the product matures.
