Problem
Legal teams were tracking deadlines and case obligations manually, which created operational overhead and real risk when complex timelines were missed or calculated inconsistently across matters.
Approach
As the sole developer, I shaped the product around reusable logic templates so deadline and due-date rules could be composed once and applied across different case types, keeping the system flexible as requirements evolved.
Solution
End-to-end delivery on Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and PostgreSQL: NextAuth with 2FA, Stripe subscriptions with webhook-driven renewals, Resend for transactional email, ICS calendar generation, activity feeds, and super-admin tooling with PostHog analytics and Sentry monitoring.
Outcome
A production-ready platform that streamlines legal workflows, reduces manual overhead, and gives Atlex a secure foundation to grow subscription revenue and product depth.
